Why? They're friends and it was the clueless media that made an issue out of their friendship as if there was something more going on. Ask a certain celebrity slander rag in Paris how much assuming there was more to this relationship than was actually going on, cost them in Euro's?

And, although I'd be "extremely" jealous :p , I really hope they hook up for good. They both deserved one another! And our girl deserves to be happy! :pray:

Yea they do seem to have chemistry but I don't know if she is into him. She did not seem too enthusiastic when being asked but just trying to keep the rumor going for publicity (just my take on the events)

Unfortunately, I think she was a little more into him than he was into her. Last year he still had roaming urges. Maybe one year's time has got him thinking a little. :)

Alizee just tweeted MP! It's been almost a year since they tweeted one another (although we can't tell if they've been tweeting privately (DM) :D

When the broadcast last night "Samedi soir on chante", Alizée performed 4 songs:
- the first with the entire band
- a medley with Emmanuel Moire and Lorie. Alizée is interpreted "La vie par procuration", and then all three have used a title.
-The third, Alizée sings "American" in Duet with Chimène Badi
- the last song, during a medley Alizée sings "il y a" the show ended very late photos soon!

Is it me or does it appear that there might be some "coloration" to the front of her feet in the first pictures posted by Karin? Probably just the lighting.

It's a very good question... That was the first I've asked from myself after watching the show.

Well, let's come back on earth, guys.

The real question is " how a singer with no major hit since 10 years could be cast in a group of today biggest seller and most popular singers in France ? "

It's a real chance for her to be have been chosen in this show, especialy because the purpose is a tribute to JJG by the best voices of french stage.
And, I don't want to be cruel, but her place in this circle is not self evident.

Alizée is still a phenomenon, and if you don't believe that all you have to do is just look at the numbers of followers she has on twitter, fb etc. It doesn't even matter she hasn't had a big hit in years, because people will always remember her name.. she is special ffs! :)

Well that's a hard dose of reality. If she could've appeared at the full potential of her beauty, they probably would've moved her up front. I don't think it was that becoming an outfit or hairdo for her.

As far as her voice, it sounded great!

EDIT: Upon further review, taking a look at all the outfits, it looked like they were trying to put everyone on an equal level as far as what they wore and they weren't trying to make any individuals stand out, I guess because the focus of the show was on JJ Goldman and not them. It was nice of all of them to participate in the show and they didn't want to show any favoritism as far as dress.

She doesn't look so happy in the show atm doesn't she? It's just every time you see her she has a kind of stern look... like something is bothering her? Maybe it will be different when she sings but it doesn't look like she's enjoying herself very much..

Well they have her seated next to Matt P. so if the two of them did have something that didn't end well, it could be uncomfortable for her.


Or maybe she just wanted to so in the front row. :p

Alizée super sexy, beautifulAlizée super sexy, beautiful, with class, nice voice, but she is looked quite, reserved, sometimes uncomfortable, overall since the beginning to the first song she sang.

On Twitter I saw bad comments about her tattos and some about her voice.

Amel Bent the best of the night, she has a nice voice. Opposite Matt Pokora that with Pascal Obispo have the worst male voice of France.

There's more vids over at AF but right now I can't stop watching this one.. the first 2:00 minutes is wonderful.. it's definitely one of my favourite renditions she's ever done. :wub:

She sounds good because she's singing low again. I'm just not a fan of her singing high at all. She sounds great, I'd missed that deep, but sweet huskiness.

I hope you have appreciate when Alizée sang in english for " L'americain", and the fun talk around US influence on french artists, after the song.

It's was like a special attention for AA ;)

How about the recently posted videos on YouTube that seem as though they're from a talent show Star Academy where Alizée is accompanying several contestants singing Mademoiselle Juliette, J'en ai marre and Moi... Lolita much to everyone's appreciation. It looks recent due to the hairstyle - and she seems very happy and radiant!

to be honest her accent "softens" her English so much I sometimes could hardly tell if she's singing in English or not.
