Do you ever send messages to Alizée about your songs?

just noticed in T-town the "sneaking cousins into the caprice" thats kinda funny beings we have an establishment by the same name in a nearby town never been there
also my first time in one was with some cousins funny how your songs all seem to have a connection with me (have you been stalking me?) |

BTW TradeWind was my 1st Alizée inspired tune and it made song of the day of Garageband.com. The funny thing was that people comment on the lyrics saying that they are just non-sense...but they make perfect sense if you know who Alizée is, but I did not feel like explaining it to the haters. :o |

Well Pogue may be the author of this thread, but I thought I could put in the lyrics of one the songs I dedicated to Alizee.
Unfortunately my computer(s) are crappy and slow, so downloading/uploading mp3 files would take eons. So just imagine these lyrics with a basic Aerosmith-esque blues pace and a Steven Tyler-esque style of singing. Well I was just a boy Had my cars, had my toys But a lonely life I always lived Played the guitar all day Played the guitar my way Played it til my fingers bled away Then I turned on the TV And she popped up and freed me Dude, I said this girl’s bloody pretty She was a French-born lady And she drove me little crazy Nothing compares to this smooth voiced baby Chorus: She was a little Lolita Boy I sure would like to meet her Wish I could go and see her Right Now But hey I can’t make All the dough that it takes To ride upon a plane that far So I’m stuck here waitin Sittin ‘round and complainin That I can’t meet this girl over there She was a little Lolita Boy I sure would like to meet her Wish I could go and see her cause? She is so fine Well three years later I thought I could erase her But she came back up into my life She sang some more songs Boy was I wrong When I thought she was gone for good She looked a lot more pretty And my friends said “ORLY” She aged a bit into perfection I couldn’t get enough She was cute, she was tough Now what’s this poor boy gonna do? She was a pretty Lolita Boy I sure would like to meet her Wish I could go and see her Right Now But hey I can’t make All the dough that it takes To ride upon a plane that far Look I’m still here waitin Sittin ‘round and complainin That I can’t meet this girl over there She was a pretty Lolita Boy I sure would like to meet her Wish I could go and see her cause? She is so, beautiful (Solo) Well five years have gone by She’s got a baby and a guy And she making some more songs this time I hope her pretty voice Is still neat and nice Like the times that I’ve heard her before She sure didn’t upset When my hands went and met The latest work that she had produced I’m still a big fan But boy I wish that man She holds, was me, but hey what can I do? She’s still a pretty Lolita Boy I sure would like to meet her Wish I could go and see her Right Now But still I can’t make All the dough that it takes To ride upon a plane that far By god I’m here waitin Sittin ‘round and complainin That I can’t meet this girl over there She’s still a pretty Lolita Boy I sure would like to meet her Wish I could go and see her cause? She is just WOW |
Nice. If you set up a soundclick account (free) you could upload the song some time when you get a better computer. I would like to hear it. With the software that I use (RiffWorks) you can do online collaborations you should look into and we could make a hit song about Alizee! :)

Keep up the good work going guys!

Great job, Pogue ! I really like hearing what the various musicians here are doing, especially when they are inspired by Alizée. Thanks for sharing...
