Sleeping Time.....
This is the thread to know how many of them are sleeping in time....
usually we should sleep for about 7 - 8 hours a day to be healthy...but the ratio seems to less around the world, i think many of them are sleeping late, in this case....whether it is busy doing work for 20 hours? or it's just an habit of sleeping late? for me it's just an habit of sleeping late.............. eating break fast at 8:30 am, lunch at 3 pm and dinner at 10pm... my sleeping time is at 1:30 am:D and what about you'll........:rolleyes: |
me is 9:00pm to wake up earlier

I am slightly nocturnal.

I go to bed around 11:30pm and get up at 5:00am.

Weekdays, about 11-12 and wake up at 6:30. Weekends, about 3 in the morning and wake up at 3 in the afternoon - providing I've nothing to do.

it really depends on the day and what tomorrow will be like, cuz i gotta get up at 6 for skool, and i usually try to get to bed around 11-12 for those nights, but sometimes i go to bed really late even when i have skool or some other crap to do early the next morning, meaning i go to bed from like 2 to even 4am, lol those days are fun, functioning on 2 hours and sometimes less of sleep
Other then those nights tho, i go to bed at 12-2 on weekends, but occasionally i'll pull an all-nighters :D those are a blast, and the next day is even more funked up :p |
i get to bed at 11 or 12 o'clock then i wake up at 6:30 on weekends it is usually earlier.

I voted for 0200 since I think that's a pretty good average, but honestly my sleeping schedule is all f***ed up :rolleyes:
