As Ray mentioned, there were a lot of performances where her voice was recorded. Madonna once said, you can have good performances (Lots of dancing) or you can have just good singing, but you can't have both and with Alizee in those early years, there was lots of dancing. In this performance, in Italy, it was probably the best example of her live voice for that song.

I agree with you, it's not possible for a person to dance around AND sing.
Even the great Michael Jackson used playback for his concerts. But some of her performances are kind of stationary like this world music awards one.

For people that have so many tattoos, I wonder if at any point in their life they look in the mirror and wonder what they were thinking to do this to themselves??

I haven’t met anyone yet who is thrilled with her tattoos.
Most people get used to them over time and learn to deal with them.
I tried a few times to show Alizee to people who don’t have “Lili Bug” and always the first reaction was that they don’t like her tattoos.
In fact, her tattoos are cute, they are not some skeleton heads with snakes or something like that, but they simply steal her beauty and are not good for her career.

I had expressed my dislike for Alizee's tattoos quite a bit in the past, but, I have learned to live with them and they don't bother me anymore.

I think some tattoos can actually be quite attractive and meaningful. I met a woman who had a tattoo of the Big Dipper constellation on her inner forearm. It was nicely done - not too big or small. I asked if it had any special meaning to her, and she called over her daughter, who looked to be perhaps 18. She pointed out that on her daughter's inner forearm there was a tattoo of the Little Dipper constellation. It symbolized their bond in a unique way.

I agree with Joe Banana in that Alizee could have chosen images with shock value that might otherwise mean nothing to her, but those that she chose have a story behind them.
