How big is your electronic Alizée collection?
 

I just think this would be interseting to know. Me,I have just the four studio albums, En Concert cd, her mv's, and ACC Dans La Lumère. What do you have, and how big is it all? Mine is barely 2 gigs, tops.

Mine is maybe 45 gigs. Mostly alot of videos, En Concert DVD, and all her mp3s. Oh and a billion pictures haha

I really have no idea in terms of gigs, (I'm not sure exactly how to find the number and I'm too lazy atm anyways) but I've bought all of Gourmandises on iTunes, some of MCE (ACC, JEAM and JPVA), a little of Psychedelices (I didn't especially care for that one tbh) and all of Une Enfant. :P

I have about 6GBs of Alizée related stuff (incl pics, MVs, interviews etc) but I have quite a few duplicate photos and videos as when I find better quality versions I always forget to delete the old ones.

BTW I have around 40Gb vids, all her music, tons of pics, etc. I love external hard drives because with out it i would not have room for anything else.

If you got Windows, Right click on the folder and press Properties.

I have about 3 gigs probably, mostly en concert and a documentery, and some vids.

12GB and I also have it all back up with other thing on a 320Gb external and my alizee folder the first thing put back on my comp after a format then steam/games.

I have only 827MB worth of pictures.:(
A little over 500MB in music.
And 27.53 GB in videos (most of her televised performances, a few interviews and reportages, and some fan-made videos).

For a total of: 28.82GB

But my collection keeps growing day after day, it'll probably be twice as much by next month.

Looks like about 7 GB in video and almost 1000MB in other related material. I was told to download more I need more hard drive. I am no computer scientist like some of you are, but Ill have to get another hard drive to download very much more Alizée related materials.

But I am very pleased with what I already have.

I have around 35-40 Gb on my main computer. You guys should check the Alizée DC++ hub. Some people have well over a terabyte on share. It's that big coz they have every single version of every Alizée recording!! :O

Haha wow that really puts it into perspective! I'm constantly running out of space on my laptop so I have to limit myself to the 5 albums, music videos, my favourite live performance of each song and a couple of interviews. Hopefully I'll be getting a new computer soon, so when the time comes I can go on a rampant dash around the web grabbing everything Alizée-related I can find. :p

I have space constraints too. If you don't mind a bit of extra work, you could try converting all your videos to .mkv or other formats which take up lesser space and doesn't mess up the quality. My collection would have been much larger if everything was in mpeg format.:blink:

The hubs are a great place to get stuff if you want it, and if you need space, you can buy tons of it for less than $100. I need to do that soon, I have about 70gb left on my computer. My dad has a 1tb external thing but it is for the whole family and I want my own or nothing. :cool:

Concerning the topic, i have a few gigs with her Fotos, and ofc all of her music. I'm no video guy, but i have some DVD's with most of her old vids from GMD and MCE.

I prefer material things like CD's and old mags and such, which i can actually hold in my hands.

Maybe it's best to stick to either digital or physical, like your approach.
Trying to keep a good collection of both is bad for your wallet and is very time consuming :o

I would prefer a physical collection. I was so much more excited upon recieving my physical cd's than dl'ing them via web.

My electronic Alizée Collections is ~80GB big.
