Quirks

We all have little strange things we do like me some of my quirks are

I touch my hair constantly.
I randomly breakout into Willie Wonka esque songs.
I make high pitch squeals and squeaks for no real reason.

So what about you guys and gals?

Azhiri 09-22-2010 11:45 PM

Me, I brush my teeth after eating anything. Even a snack. I can't stand having any sort of gunk on my teeth, ever. :(

I also have to have my TV volume at a multiple of five at all times.

If I start to organize something, i cant stop half way, I have to go full out clean like a neat freak...but If i dont feel like even doing it its a massive mess,.

Can't spend an hour without checking futball news, just too addicted to futball.

Because I'm such a normal and average person...

- I put gel in my hair for the sole reason of being able to feel the little spikes (especially the really thick ones, oh mama) throughout the day

- I cannot have anything in my pockets.

- I can't sleep in pure silence
-^ I can't sleep without listening to podcasts of Frosty, Heidi, and Frank

- It takes me about an hour to eat a 3-entree meal at Panda Express

- I'm afraid (but working on it, currently) of talking to workers at stores, or calling the store even to find their hours.

- I own and wear 15 identical pairs of khaki Legendary Gold pants from target, exclusively.
(they're just so simple, clean looking, and most importantly, comfortable)

- I don't like eggs that were cooked in oil, rather than butter

- I can't stand wearing hats.

- I can't physically vomit or burp (I had a stomach surgery a few years back that prevents either from happening. Thus, I can never get drunk, and the way I have to burp now sounds like the battle cry of a Tusken raider)(Fundoplication surgery, if anyone cares)

- For 7 years now, I've worn the same brand/model of wristwatch.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Over those years I think I've purchased about 9 of them.

- I don't sneeze properly (I guess the normies call it "stifling")

- I cannot stand capital J's with the long horizontal line across the top

- I LOVE orange juice, not too fond of oranges

wasabi622 09-23-2010 08:43 AM

To a sampler platter of wasabi's oddities:

-I seriously talk to myself.
-Whenever I'm at home, I read while on the toilet.
-As much as I hate hippies, I really enjoyed it when I had long hippy hair.
-I used to hate and ridicule the Army.
-The reason I "procrastinate" is because I don't like to break work up into segments, I like to sit down and finish it right there and then.
-I usually have to be watching something to eat.

OMG! Me too! Or at least I have to mouthwash.

I got so bad about it that I would always bring either a small thing of mouthwash or a tube of toothpaste to school. After lunch I would always mouthwash in the bathroom. I was usually late to class after lunch. The teacher just got so accustomed to me always coming in a bit late that she quit giving me tardies :D. And people would always say I was 'weird' for wanting a clean mouth .

I use to be really bad about that. I still do that in my truck though. I've gotten out of that for most other things though, like the TV.

I've never had such a surgery but I can't burp. The only times I have burped were on accident and unexpectedly. I have probably only burped right around 10 times my entire life (as far as I can remember anyway). As for vomiting, I can do that but it is really hard and hurts terribly bad.
