well I'm not sure about Riva FLV, I couldn't download it for some reason :confused:.

What I use to convert FLV files to mp4 files to play on my IPod is AnyVideoConvert it's pretty easy to use and quite effective imo :)

You could use the FLV Player.

Or you can open any file with VLC.

I recommend both.
