Toronto Sucks
 

Totally off-topic but I just thought this was kinda interesting. I'm a listener of a Canadian comedy/folk group call The Arogant Worms. They have a song called "Toronto Sucks" which I hadn't really given any significance till I saw this. I was hoping we could get some of our Canadian members (Radio?, garçon?, Twitch?) to comment on it:

"Let's all hate Toronto."

This sounds political to me... i don't know... maybe we should uh...sticky this post lol

Toronto bashing isn't political. It's scientific.

Well, Hiby isn't around to defend Toronto, but my experience has been that if you don't live there you tend not to like it very much. From a maritime perspective a lot of money and jobs have moved west to Toronto. I myself can't say I hate Toronto, but yet still have not taken up an open offer of a place to stay there rent free from a relative, despite several tries to get me to go.
Anyway it's late, maybe I will have something more intelligent to say tomorrow...

It seems like at least one aspect of the article seems acurate, when it states that anti-Toronto sentiment is stronger towards Vancouver. Twitch, being from the Maritimes doesn't mind Toronto as much as Radio, who's from BC... interesting.

well not really (no offense to those who read this and are) but where i live there really not that many good looking girls here
