What will happen in the next five years?

Well... I was wondering if I should put 10 years on the subject, but it feels so long. :13:

A classic topic of discussion! And of course related to Alizée’s career and specifically to the music career!

I have some "idea", very unlikely yes, but it's not relevant yet, so I'll probably come back to that later!:)

But what do you think will happen now in the coming years around 2022-2026?

We all probably hope for a bigger comeback, but unfortunately I don't really believe in it... Something smaller "of course", as has already been seen from time to time...

The reason alone is that Maggy is still so young, but in the name of truth, Alizée doesn't seem to have even enough to want to come back right now when she's dancing, etc. :w:

And in France, bigger hype for Alizée’s music would be needed first for the comeback to go well!

...Then... During that 10 year period, I would already like to see a bigger new development in her career!

Honestly nothing. Sorry if I have a rather negative tone, I’d be happy to be proved wrong in future. But her period of fame started in 2000 and was pretty much over not long after. Even with all the "celebrity news" articles and YouTube comments posted here, I have trouble believing she has something approaching a big enough fanbase to make a proper comeback worthwhile. In the end it will be up to her to decide what to do.

What is your idea? Is anyone else more optimistic than me?

In the near future we should not expect a new album or tour, but we might look forward to more performances.

That idea is... an idea that would give Alizée a lot of visibility, :D :)(: but its realization is quite unlikely, especially if she may not even want it and its realization without a want, real desire, is at least almost impossible... And I’ll come back to the subject probably later when its time is right...!.:) "Patience"!;)

Personally, I see it as if Alizée could still succeed quite a bit if she wanted to, :p:bow:but of course that miracle of the early years can no longer be “renewed”!:fear:

I don't expect anything different for the next five years.

What she really needs to do is star in a movie. :aha:

I previously created a "new album vs. movie" poll--- I think I'll bump it.

It would be nice to know how many movie role offers Alizée has received!:):o

She would have been so great for example in the role of Bond girl etc!:aha::dance::dance::p

There has been some rumor that the Bond franchise might consider a woman as 007.

Alizée would make a beautiful Bond girl, but what about "I'm Bond. Alizée Bond" and kick boxes her enemies away. :p

In fact, I wouldn’t personally accept a female Bond... :w: :)(: except, of course, Alizée! :p:bow::)(::gun3:

But I think the producers don't want a "non-British" person in that role, :13: and Alizée might not be very convincing as a British :D [which I think is just a good thing]... - :o:o But then :o:o an exotic Bond girl... Can there be a better option????:p:yay::p:yay:

:order: Oh what a loss the film world has experienced!!!!;):p:)

Scruffydog777 11-06-2021 06:45 PM

She would have made a perfect Bond girl, incredibly beautiful but with an inner toughness you don't want to be on the wrong side of. I wonder if they ever considered her for the role?

AlizéeSuperFanFIN 11-08-2021 04:34 PM

I’ve sometimes thought of that Bond thing because I like the song J.B.G. a lot. :D:p:bow::)

The wild guess that production simply didn’t eve n know about Alizée in the early 2000s, at least more broadly...? :13::order:

And it may be that Alizée wouldn’t even have agreed to a possible offer because she’s also shy, :yahoo: and acting isn’t her number one thing - :)(: :w: though I’m pretty sure she would handle it as wonderfully as singing, etc.:):bye::p

Nowadays, I don’t really even watch Bond movies anymore [Connery and Moore are my favorites:bow::dance:], but... do I remember correctly that the latest movie specifically features a French Bond girl?;)
