But why would they use Veni Vedi Vici for the highlights of a soccer video :confused: It just doesn't match IMO.

RE: French pop singer Alizée recorded a song entitled Veni, Vidi, Vici.

This sentence needs to be adjusted by someone with a Wikipedia ID. :)

wrong, Alizée's song was misspelled as veni, vedi, vici. :p

not sure if it was intentional or if that's how its spelled in corsica. :confused:

It was not a pretty game to watch as a France supporter. I think the song goes with the video because Holland (Veni, Vedi, Vici) the came, the saw, and they conquered Euro 2008, in the first round at least. :)
