Autographed CD recipient locations now mapped
 

The collection of 50-plus CDs autographed by Alizée on 29 March 2010 were sent to the global locations shown on the maps below. Very few CD recipients indeed failed to submit approximate location data, and further corrections will no longer be accepted. Thanks to all!

The US federal states receiving the most CDs were New York (6), Pennsylvania (6), California (5), Virginia (4), Florida (4), Colorado (3). These six account for nearly half of the 58 CDs. Besides the United States, CDs were transported by Scruffydog777 from Paris to four locations in Canada and five locations in the Old World.

To the (probably limited) extent that the CD destinations predict where one would find people interested in attending a concert by Alizée, perhaps the major US city most convenient for a SINGLE North American engagement would be Philadelphia, which could serve the many people in the Mid-Atlantic US states and much of urban Canada. This would also give Alizée the opportunity to do a photo-op at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, whose collection includes the famous sculpture <i>Princess X</i> by Constantin Brâncuşi, which honors Princess Marie Bonaparte, great-grandniece of fellow Ajaccian Napoleon, as explained in the post <a href="http://alizeeamerica.com/forums/showpost.php?p=150867"><i>More embarrassing than kissing on both cheeks?</i></a>

I would like to decorate a map of the US (and beyond), using CD icons to show where all the signed CDs were sent. If you received an autographed CD, could you please post your state/nation and that of a nearby city (e.g. the city in which you live)? Thanks!

Now I would be obliged if Scruffy would explain why I was able to aggregate 51 names. There was some talk of 60 CDs rather than 50 CDs, but I never quite understood whether or not those beyond the original 50 were personalized by name.
