So according to this news they invited Alizée to be on some sort of cooking show where you bake cakes and pies :O

Scruffydog777 07-02-2015 02:37 PM

Well it doesn't seem like much, but it's important to stay in the public's eye until something significant comes along.

In case you missed it...

The press conference for this show was on April 6. The broadcast date has yet to be announced.

What will look like the 'Best Pastry celebrities' with Clara Morgane and Aymeric Caron

TELEVISION - Aymeric Caron, Clara Morgane or Dave in pastry apprentice in a TV show? We did not dare to dream (or even nightmares) yet it is the program that awaits you very soon on M6.

Twelve stars have in fact met in this spin-off of the Best Pastry: Alizee, Alain Bouzigues, Valerie Begue, Artus, Princess Erika, Philippe Candeloro, Aymeric Caron, Danièle Evenou, Clara Morgane, Dave, but Damien Sargue Titoff. An eclectic cast than not, that may well surprise us.

For this special production celebrities presented to the press on April 6, the seriousness is not quite rigorous, although some are made with industry professionals before embarking on the adventure, as actor camera Café Alain Bouzigues, or the former Miss France Valerie Begue.

The issue, always orchestrated by Cyril Lignac and Mercotte, is in three parts. In the first issue on the theme of fruit, six celebrities compete together on the theme of the Tatin tart revisited, then in a second, six other stars suffer around chocolate. Finally, the four winners of those pools will compete in a final show.

Viewers find celebrity for three specials.

Pranks and good laughs at the rendezvous

'Aymeric Caron was terrorized by Mercotte' Faustine Bollaert told at the press conference. The usual columnist so confident, do not was leading off the face of recipes food critic. But the vegan was still amazed his friends, including Valerie Begue, who told the HuffPost that he 'has struggled to find recipes' (without products that come from animals, including milk and eggs) .

Alain Bouzigues, has meanwhile told him we have had 'more nervous to do this show than go on stage,' especially because of the tight schedule, which also gave a cold sweat and Damien Sargue Alizee.

Next to a completely Titoff left and a Dave overwhelmed, celebrities like Valerie Begue, Alizee or Artus, have distinguished themselves by their qualities of amateur bakers, raising fears of the other competitors ...

Profits from the book of the best recipes come back to the Foundation of France. And to discover all that, it will be yet. M6 has not yet announced its release dates.

Since getting back to work, then shortly there after going on vacation, I haven't had time to follow this story that much. I wondered who the porn star was Lapinschous was talking about. Now thanks to Bigdan, I know. All I can say is I'd rather it be a female porn star she was in a show with instead of a male one.

Excellent photo of Alizee. Mille-feuille (Cream Napoleon) As Alizee grew-up in the same neighborhood as Napoleon, this is hardly a surprising choice of receipt nor is it surprising that it would please her sweet-tooth.

Here is the Facebook page for this show. Right now the third video down is about Alizée. She makes a face like things aren't going well. It "looks" like 2 people are trying to help her out, then another guy comes along and seems to protest what those two are doing.

If this short video is any indication, I don't think Alizée will be bringing home the gold.

Shepherd 05-25-2016 03:26 AM

She did say that cooking was not her strongest suit. However, Alizee screwing up is probably the most entertaining part of the show.

"did you put salt?" Cyril Lignac
"4 Spoons" Alizée
"Pardon?" Woman (judge?)
Catch the expression on Cyril's face.
"forgiveness?!!!" Liberal media bias

When Cyril (who I suspect is one of the judges) dips his finger into her sauce for a taste then sticks his tongue out and says awk! I was rolling on the floor. Alizee was at her most adorable.

Then another contestant comes over to complain about the JUDGES helping Alizee to prepare her entry. It was like something Monty Python dreamed up. Is there anything other than Alizee going on in this show? I'd love to know the ratings on this one. It's got to be better than the talent contest.

With so much drama teased in advance, I predict Alizée will end up being the big winner, « Le Meilleur Pâtissier »

Scruffydog777 05-25-2016 08:42 AM

Just as with Superkids, I'm sure Alizée will be a very bright spot on this show. This clip itself looked to be the type of thing that would attract a lot of interest with Alizée's facial expressions and the reactions by the others to her cooking.

ALS 05-25-2016 09:44 AM

No wonder Greg is so skinny it's Alizée's lack of cooking skills. Obviously she didn't win his heart through his stomach. :D

can't believe one of my fave pop-stars ended-up as a cook on TV:cry::cry::cry:

Shepherd 05-25-2016 11:31 PM

If the audience responds well to this show, the producers would be wise to learn an important lesson from Alizee's episode. The thing the producers need to be sensitive to is that this is just another copycat cook show, just as the children's amateur show failed because it was just another amateur contest. If this cook show is to survive, it's got to have something original. I would suggest changing the focus from the competition and quality of the food to the humor. The contest should be the vehicle used to deliver the humor--the entertainment. It's not important who wins the contest. What is important is that the show be entertaining. Alizee delivered the goods with a significant assist from the judges, who didn't hesitate to break the rules because the contest doesn't matter. The jokes do. Now the problem for the producers is to either bring Alizee back or find someone new who is like her.

Your post confuses me a bit to be honest. The show is airing for a few years now, if you check their M6-replay-page with the videos you can see that they had 4 seasons so far. So it's nothing new. Last night's show was just a special with celebrities. That's also why so many people watched it.

This is the section of the video where it was announced Alizée was moving on to the finals that Ray mentioned before. I never expected to feel this much interest in a cooking show, but yesterday we saw the clip where the chefs quite frankly were kind of shocked at what Alizée was doing. Now today we hear she's moving on to the finals. As in yesterdays clip, you could see I think it was disappointment and worry in her face. Today we saw a lot of pride and happiness. I can't wait to see how this ends now. Yesterday and today (Of course these were filmed several days ago (weeks) I believe), I've seen expressions I've never seen from her and it's a joy to watch them.

Indeed, Alizée won the Celebrity edition of Le meilleur patissier! As usual, this got the Twitter universe all worked up. The final pulled in more viewers than the previous week. Don't forget to check the visitor messages on my profile for a link. A better version (720) should be on the hub in the next few days.

Fantastic! After starting so disastrously, and then to sweep the championship! Incredible. If you look at the photo of her final entry, it definitely looks like a winner. Alizee is a serious competitor.

As I mentioned in another thread, she seems to be a quick learner whether it's a song, a dance or what she was exposed to in the course of this show.

Meanwhile I just learned that Mylène Farmer's net worth is about to reach a quarter billion euros ... and she's still gettting royalties from Alizée's first two albums .. earning a grand total of 5 to 10 million euros every year

Alizée really took the wrong bet with Psychédélices and everything that followed.

Yes she wanted her independence , fine, but she should have stuck with the style that made her raise to prominence... Mylène always stuck to her style and there she is , 55 years old , popular as ever and one of the 5 richest female european singers of all time.

Let's hope at least that Alizée has enough saved up on her saving accounts to provide for Annily and herself for the next few decades.

Well unfortunately she learned the hard way it doesn't matter how beautiful you are or how great a dancer you are or even if you have a great voice. What's more important is to have good material and even more so, good management. Such as with Blonde, it's my opinion that with a couple of good videos for Alcaline and K.O., this album had possibilities but so much effort was wasted on the song Blonde (poor management).

As far as royalties, I would think Alizée would be getting some of those royalties too, but certainly not as much as MF/LB, after all, they were the ones who made her a star.

Going back to Alizée 101, one of reasons I heard for the break up was the fact Jeremy said to her she wasn't getting as big a cut as she should of. Now, after 4 failed albums, she realizes her success was mainly due to them and just before DALS happened, I think she was wishing she had that deal back . She did say she wanted to work with Mylene again, but after "Idealizer", I don't think that would ever happen.

Still she's only 31 with probably another 50+ years left to live. Is she set for life at this point? I have no idea. What ever happened to that dance school they were supposed to open up in Ajaccio? I think her dancing career as far as DALS tournée has just about run it's course. One more big pay check could secure their financial future and I can only see that happening with an album but her failures I'm sure are haunting her and holding her back from going in that direction. Mean while her fans are falling by the wayside. She might decide to make another album and find out there's nobody out there who cares any more. It hasn't reached that point yet, but it's not far away.

At this point if she were to produce a swan song album I'm not even sure that the sales would cover the expenses of producing the album and the promotion cost , let alone a Tour ... And even she were to find a label willing to take that bet, they'd take the lion's share of the meager sales revenue , and what little would be left over in her cut would definitely not allow her to maintain the lavish lifestyle of haute couture and designer handbags she had up until "5" .

Notice how she posts less and less outfit photos on Instagram , and how often she seems to take the train rather than first class flights ?

I just hope that the money she's not spending is money she's investing ... a man can only hope. But considering her history of compulsive buyer and her lower middle class familial background with with her stopping her studies at 15 without any diploma whatsoever , one can only hope that Grégoire will be responsible enough to manage the household expenses in the decades to come.

2017 might be a good year for that, who knows?
