Interview with Alizee
 

During current situation, most of the interviews have gone online. It seems that it has been rather easier and made people approachable.

Can we invite Alizee do an interview with AAm over zoom?

If needed, I can contact her over instagram/other media.

I'm definitely in favor. This idea, while probably not new for our community, has a much greater chance of happening now than in the past. People are indeed a little more accessible over Zoom and other platforms. I think she might be comfortable doing this. Perhaps we could ask a friend like Ske Leton and BigDan to help us translate for our English speaking members.



I would absolutely support this project!

I think it's a good idea. About a year ago I think it was, we had a discussion about sending her questions from our members, about 6 from each, amounting to about 50. We would have sent them in both English and in French thanks to translations by a friend of Bamagirl. We had originally thought to send them by mail, with some pictures accompanying the questions. Then the pandemic hit. Sending them by mail seemed to be no longer a viable option so we looked to send them by e-mail or something similar, but the idea was shot down because some felt it was too soon after the birthday gift for Maggy which was a viable concern but something I felt should not have stopped this effort.

I feel a great opportunity was lost during this time. I was deeply disappointed in what happened and lost interest in the project. So when Alizee was sitting home for months with little to do, well what can I say?

At a point that was probably too late at the beginning of this year, I saw nobody else had brought the subject up so I decided on my own to contact Alizee through 2 different sources to see if she'd be interested in this project. I didn't hear back from either one.

So I think this new idea is a good one, but I want anyone here who might contact her to realize I had contacted them at the beginning of the year. Who knows, they might have missed my message and sending them another one can't do any harm.
