Les Enfoires 2015
 

Les Enfoires kind of snuck up on me. The first sale of tickets will be in about a week on the 25th. The shows will be in Montpellier in January from the 21st through the 26th.

The big question is, is Alizée still supposed to take part in the DALS tour? I'm sure one or two of the Tour shows will overlap with those dates, plus she might not be able to participate on other dates due to Tour practices or travel plans.

I would think if there is a way she can participate, she will, but how will we know on the 25th which shows she might be in?

I'd much rather see her sing and dance in LE than to just dance in the Tour, in fact the Tour has just about zero appeal to me, but the Tour is probably more important to her career.

I said last year, that trying to go to that show would probably be the last time for me because I'm no spring chicken and it is kind of an ordeal waiting out in the cold for at least 6 hours for a good seat, but I probably would make another attempt this year, "if" I knew for sure which show she'd be in.

I just happen to have vacation in the last week of January, so I could make it to the last show at this point.

I may go ahead and if no announcement is made by the 25th, go ahead and try and purchase a ticket for that date. I can always resell it on Zepass if things don't work out.

Is anyone else thinking about going?

Montpellier is on the Mediterranian coast. It's about 65 miles from Marseille where one could catch the ferry to Ajaccio, so it be a good time to kill two birds with one stone.

She confirmed her participation in DALS tour, they started training in past days.

Personally, I don't think she will appear on LE. Same situation like previous year.

Well there probably couldn't be a much worse scenario. Two Tour dates, 1/23&1/24, right in the middle of the LE schedule. With traveling, that would make ;it most likely she could participate only in the first or last show.

I think she really wants to make at least one appearance at LE where she has so many friends, so I would have to think she'd most likely try for that first show, because that's when everyone is first learning the different routines. If she tried for the last show, everyone else will have their routines down pat by then, except her, so I think it's more likely she'll be in that first show.

One benefit she does have is I assume she will be dancing in the Tour with Gregoire, so they should have their routines down pat (for the Tour) which would allow her more time away from the tour.

There's also the possibility of her just showing up backstage as an observer.

Your logic makes sense. She would likely try to aim for the first show or have to skip it entirely (either because her schedule doesn't permit, or because they would not want her JUST for the first show).

Last year she had intended to attend LE and then changed her mind. I think (guess) she changed her mind because she was VERY popular with the DALS group. I am guessing the organizers significantly sweetened the pot for those 2 shows, and added some pressure, basically making it all but impossible for her to say no.

This year, as you said, G and her can plan around it a bit better so who knows. There is at least a chance. :)

Actually I believe the reason she gave for cancelling out of last years LE at the last moment was due to them trying to rush out a new album to take advantage of her new found popularity and what did that get them?

I've never been to a Les Enfoirés show but it looks like a blast.. if Alizée could take part in 2015 I'm sure she would. Remember how down she was after 2012 and her post on twitter " Dépression post-enfoirés "

She had a blast so I don't think she would miss 2015 for the world.... but who knows.... I mean she recently went brunette for Disneys Cinderella and I never saw that one coming. :))

She had initially not locked in the 2 DALS dates around the time of LE. then later she did, and then still tried to make some LE dates. Finally, she had to cancel LE. :)

Someone here on forum wrote, she is not a singer anymore, she is performer (better said dancer)... that's why I don't believe she will appear in LE. However of course, I would me more happy from LE than from DALS tour...

Cause this year is full of bad surprises, I wouldn't hope much she will be in LE.
