If you have an android phone download an app called ringdroid let u cut any music on your phone to a ringtone or notiification sound right on your phone. I personally have lilytown as my ringtone and her saying Me muero me muero from La Candida as my notifications.

But uh.. now that I have the music file that I want, how do I put it on my phone?

It really depends what ways you can. If you have a microSD of other type of memory card you can put it on their from your computer. Or the most common way is sending the ringtone as an email to your phone....just keep googling and you will figure out the best way for you.
