Well, most likely they're just not getting a shipment from France. Maybe demand is high there (wouldn't that be a comforting reason for the delay? :p)

btw, b&n says 1-2 weeks so that might be fastest in US.

Yeah, I canceled my order. I give Amazon high marks in most situations. But I have found when it comes to music they sometimes indicate "in stock", but it's not. I know this because they ship within a day when it's in stock. If they don't ship within a couple of days, it's not in stock. When that happens, I cancel my order and tell them why. Maybe if they get enough cancellations like this, they will get their act together.

So, if you cancel, tell them why.

Yea they pushed my order back on the cd as well...now i get in in like the end of January to the middle of February

I didn't get the message but something is telling me I probably will.....

I ordered mine on 11/23 and I got the note on 12/12 from Amazon.com to say my CD's were delayed until 12/20 to 12/24.
