"No, nothing planned right now. But it's because in the USA, the legal age is at 21 while in France it's at 18. So if I really had ????????, I would have done it already."

What exactly is she trying to say?

I don't know - I'd love to know what the question was. The only thing in the US for which the age of majority is 21 is drinking alcohol, everything else is lower (it's 18 for smoking, voting, and (in most places) getting married, and it's 16 for driving).

She most likely just talks about having some parties when she hits "full age". And like she says if she had one, she already had had it by the time of the interview, when she turned 18.

21 isn't important age in (most of the parts in) Europe.

I don't know why exactly she refers to the US in that age question.

I have no idea myself what she's talking about. I also really wonder why she's talking about the USA, and if she wouldn't be mistaken about the 21 limit, that would rather be 18 (I mean if 21 is only about drinking alcohol in the US)
