I love how some dude in the background, I would laugh my head off if it was Scruff, but he was like " Oh Alizee...mmm" haha. and no no perversion

all i can say is wow... that must have been like heaven

This video definitely makes one feel like they are right there...it is just so close to her and the raw footage just makes it so breathtaking to know she is real:wub: haha

is it wrong that ive watched this vid like 10 times? lol

no way. I'm pretty sure I've seriously watched it close to 50 or maybe 60 times :D

same here. It just gives you this feeling...I can't say what it feels like...It's just weird as a somewhat new fan(nov09) knowing that she thought of you for 2-4 seconds today...while she was signing those CDs...

yeah... did u see the vid and the pic where she is writing them.. there is a white piece of paper that she look onto and then signs our names on each CD

I think I shall go back and watch JEAM and say to myself, I have the autograph of that fine young women...and she even thought about me for those few seconds she was shaking the pen to write my name...

It is still hard to believe that this came to fruition. I am excited for AA to get recognized in such a powerful way by Alizee. It again proves to me that Alizee is a down to earth caring person. To take out extra time to give such a gift to a relatively small contingency proves to me that Alizee cares about all of her fans and the nay sayers can now close their pie hole. This act of kindness is just one among many that feeds the fire of fandom for her. Scruffy will probably have to have corrective surgery to remove the smile on his face or on second thought he may want to wear it from now on. I can't wait for all of the details from Scruffies excellent adventure to Lillytown.:):):)

Webster's Dictionary has just changed the definition of Cloud 9 to LillyTown...Hopefully Scruff will get down from there soon...

I'm really curious as to how he managed to procure 30 minutes with her! Like.. how?! Who did he talk to?? This just blows my mind how this was all possible.

yeah, plus i want to see all the vids and pics, like the guy who had the camera right there while Alizee was writing on each of the cds and the interviews. make sure we get to see them... now go and find them friends! lol

Yup. To the best of my knowledge, here's the short version of how it went down:

-Docdtv contacts the Virgin Megastore about an ambassador from Alizée America coming to the autograph session.
-Virgin staff thinks this is a a great idea, contacts Sony.
-Sony/Alizée/her team think it would be good to meet this ambassador and sign 50 CDs. They tell Virgin.
-Virgin writes back to Docdtv with the good news.
-When he doesn't respond for a few days, they also contact me (last Thursday).
-I pass it on to Scruffy, and the three of us scramble to finalize the arrangements. ;)

Wow, so now we've sent an "ambassador"?

This is just getting better and better! Just glad that you were all able to communicate with each other in time!

Thanks Ben for your part in all of this. Did you know that doc had contacted Virgin before you got this notice? If not or even if you did I bet you could hardly believe your eyes. It is amazing to me that it went down in a very simple way, especially knowing all of the prior attempts from fans to make contact with her to no avail. She seems to be really paying attention to what is going on with this new album including the pr. I hope her promoter does a bang up job this time as well.I think they may be testing the waters in the USA a tad.

No, I didn't! So you can bet I had quite the double-take when I got that first email! As I'm sure Scruffy did too when I told him! The past five days have been quite surreal. I can only imagine what it must be like for Scruff! :eek:

You were definitely sleeping for last few days. There was a big talk about this, we were so excited about Scruffy going there. And then, thanks to docdtv, Ben and Scruffy, they invited Scruffy for 30 private minutes with HER; aron joined him and voilà.

Sleep? Who needs sleep? :D
