I also did not put up English versions of the remixes since they are just different vocals.

As much as I love JPVA, the lola extended version of Moi...lolita is my favorite! Oldie but goodie. :p

It would have been my second choice... I'm not a big fan of the Les Collines one though.

It's more of a nostalgia thing really. One of the first remixes of her I found on youtube. It was to a video of a robot doing martial arts or something.. :blink:

This is exactly what I imagined an electropop remix of Gourmandises would sound like if she did it in a concert in the future (with her singing over the top of course! :p)

I wish acapella versions of the singles from her first two albums were released so we'd have a load of unofficial remixes for them too. I bet there would be loooads if that was the case - Mylène normally loves money-making opportunities like that, so I have no idea why she chose not to release acapella versions of Alizée's songs. :confused:

I actually enjoyed the Nellson remix of 50/60, the way the vocals are much less processed and such. Techno/dance remixes are generally blecccchhh for me. Stuff like Lefty has done = what remixes should be.

It's not on the list but I would have chosen "J'ai pas vingt ans (Xelakad's Life melody remix)" (I love the way it sounds faster and the way the English and French versions of the song mix in and out. Out of nowhere: IT'S NOT EVEN A GAME...GET OVER YOUR PAIN...I'M NOT TWENTY! God, what an awesome song for cardio).

2nd would be ImRawdg's "Eden, Eden/Limelight" remix. Haha...yes, I'm serious. THAT'S GOING TO BE MY WEDDING SONG, REMEMBER?

3rd would be the Lola extended mix. I remember being addicted to that one back when I was in college....way before I foudn out about AAM. I <3 you guys.

I don't really listen to a lot of the remixes. The only one that I can remember by name, and remember what it sounds like, is the Fifty-Sixty David Rubato Remix.

I don't really listen to remixes either, so I don't have a favorite one yet.
However, I do like how Moi... Lolita sounds when played backwards, I guess it technically isn't a remix, but I think it sounds pretty good.

I must say it again, this is the trippiest and hottest Alizee video out on the net. You get Alizee dancing while singing Egyptian trance music. It is definitely the most interesting thing I have seen in a long time...

Yeah... "have fun making a decision!" is right, dude! This is a tough f'n poll!!! It's bad enough that I LOVE all of Alizée's music and I LOVE techno/trance and remixes! So when having to choose a favorite song from just her regular songs I have enough trouble making a decision... but now... It is the most epic stuff to choose from now!!! So thanks a lot Aaron :p. If we ever meet, I am going to smack you for this!

Lol. But for real, I'll have plenty of fun choosing one! Great thread and great poll :D. I haven't been able to listen to much Alizée in quite a while and this will be a great way for me to get my dosage of Alizée by listening to all the remixes over and over :D.

Eh *shrugs shoulders* Myself, not really :p. The guy gets to be in her presence, tell her how he feels about her, AND do her a huge favor! If anything, the guy is lucky.

Lol. But really, I get what your sayin'. That would kinda suck to be that guy. I'd feel so broken and used :(.

Well... I still can't choose one lol. I think I'm leaning towards the "J'ai pas vingt ans" Satisfaction Club Remix though. I do listen to that one quite a bit and it's what I wake up to. I still haven't heard all of the songs on the list though. I've heard most, but there are a few I can't find :confused:.

I haven't heard that one before. It's really good! I love the length of it too! Over 7 minutes! I love it when songs are longer. It just irritates me when a song ends too early, especially when it's good. I'm just like, "What the heck?! I WANT MORE!!!" lol.
