Tiger Woods

were any of you guys watching the U.S. Open?

did you see the last hole and how Woods forced a playoff tomorrow?

Woods is easily one of the greatest athletes i have ever seen

even with a really bad knee he is able to force a playoff in the U.S. Open

truly amazing and the last putt - jumped up with amazement :D:D:D

I was gonna create the same thread. But yeah these last few days he has done things that are beyond his already sky high expectations.

I watched Jordan in his prime and he had some heroic performances in the biggest of stages in addition to being the greatest basketball player ever.....but we we might be seeing the tournament that symbolizes Tiger's rise to the greatest athlete of all time. This is epic stuff when you look at everything he has done these 4 days...and there is still another round to go.

We are lucky to be alive and witness Tiger play.

He really is amazing. I don't really think Rocko stands much of a chance. 18 holes side by side with Tiger is not an event many would win.

He is an awesome player. Playing in as much pain as he was in on Saturday would have caused most to pull back a bit. But not Tiger. He gave it his all and then braced for the pain that he knew would flow in.

And in spite of this, he had amazing shot after amazing shot.

All I can say is WOW!

lost a three stroke lead and needed an extra sudden death hole

but Tiger still pulled out the win

now that's 14 majors

42 wins out of the last 139 starts

7th win at his home course Torrey Pines (a record)

3 U.S. Open wins
4 Masters wins
3 British Open wins
4 PGA Championship wins

WOW!

Also Rocco played really well - i'll give him credit for putting on a great show :D
