Shipment and payment for cds after I've received them.

With the picture that was posted last Monday, I feel quite confident that are cds have been signed and are probably on their way here as I type. The next thing I have to worry about is will they arrive in one piece. I wanted to take them home myself but things didn't work out, so we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.


So now I think it's time to get ready for the payment and shipment phase. I won't be billing anyone until I find out if their cd did arrive okay. You add the fact that last time, a couple of names were skipped and a couple misspelled, so I don't want to accept payment until the moment is right.


So for those who want to pay through paypal, please send me your e mail address. Now if you read the other thread about Paris, you'll know my main e mail account was compromised by some type of spam program. I believe I got rid of it, but until I'm absolutely sure, I will use my other one. I want people to send their e mail address to this e mail address and when the time comes, make sure the bill from paypal mentions this same address.

Inside the U.S., I still have to look up some numbers. Last time it cost about 7.50 for express shipping with signature confirmation and it worked out good. I believe the boxes for express mail or it might have been priority mail is included in the price of the shipping, but it may have gone up since last time. I'd just have to add about 50 cents for bubble wrap.

I'll check on that in a few days but right now for a ball park figure, it looks like we are looking at about $29.30 inside the U.S.

I would pay to see the face of the cashier at the moment she gave you the bill for 1,600 euros worth of Alizée Albums :D which is probably more than what she earns a months ^^


Okay, thanks for the details Dave. Btw, can you tell me the final price including the shipping to France? (or romania if I have to stay longer here to get my diploma) Anyway , I'll have to open a paypal account first :) I've only used ebay and amazon before , I hope it works the same way.

Awesome, thankyou for putting all the time and work into this Scruffy! It seems you put "Express Mail" in your post, and I just want to make sure you meant "Priority Mail," cause Express would cost a TON. Everything looks good, can't wait to get it if it indeed is on the way to you :)
