look very closely at the end of the performance...she thinks she has to sing another chorus of the song, but drops the mic down quickly and plays it off beautifully:D

So that suggests the date is July 2nd 2002. But I didn't check elsewhere if the filename represents the correct date.

Eh I wish she didn't lip sync so much, her stage voice in the concerts and other live performances is great.
