hence the songs title "The Way I Are"

i think Timbaland has taken rap and hip hop in a new and better direct
his music is innovative and goes against the current of Soulja Boy crap

well anyway enough preaching
if you like classic rap/hip hop then here's a classic from 1992
64,000 dollar question of the night - who directed this video?

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/No7jdP2A0N0&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/No7jdP2A0N0&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I respect Timbaland as a DJ
And quite frankly "The Way I Are" is quite, "Daft Punk-ish"
Which is why I thoroughly do not hate it as much as Soulja Boy (I would lose my leg if he would lose his).

But still, the taint of the modern rap genre is a thin string for me, as for your video pasted above...

I cannot say I necessarily like it, nor hate it, but it is way more classic and original than what rappers produce today..
