Here it is, ripe for the ignoring: it's a long life, relax and enjoy it as it comes. If you don't have everything figured out, or things aren't going the way you want, don't worry, there's time to find what's right.
That said, some actions do have lasting reprecussions long past when they originally mattered, so, choose carefully. As with all things in life, moderation and discernment is the key.
All of which is just a wordy way of avoiding the cliched maxim: "plan as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow."
