That shrug should be as illegal as Plutonium, wrapped in heroin, and sprinkled with cocaine in a stolen car with a body in the trunk, parked in a street sweeper zone without registration tags, with limousine tinted glass, no emission tags, with an exhibitionist sleeping in the back seat with open bottles of beer, with no seat belt and a busted tail light. Yeah.. that illegal!!
