I don't get this, I mean I understand if suddenly this forum gets a lot of new members, but for the members who are already "on-board", what different does it make from which country you are?
I'd really be dissappointed if I were excluded for being "a foreigner", if money is the problem, tell me, and we can make things work.
Both times you have to put a stamp on it, and put it in the mailbox, the only differ is the postage amount, which will be around USD 10
