I voted for UEdS. I've noticed a common pattern with me and new music: On first listening I generally don't like it; it's as if I need one listening to just orient myself. After that, if I like it, then I tend to like newer music; maybe just because it's "fresher."
That being said, I still think I enjoy UEdS as a complete album more than Pychédélices; and not just because of the freshness effect I describe above. I'm really digging the new album and sounds; some of the more 80s sounds have made me nostalgic for something I didn't expect to be. Also, I think having the album tell a story helps it hang together as an album better. That's not to say I don't like Psychédélices; it still has some of my favorite Alizée songs of all time (Par les Paupières, Psychédélices, Fifty Sixty). But I think UEdS is the stronger album.
