That's not how sigs are made...

First you use few hours to pick up the most perfect pics. Then you enhance their quality to the maximum. Then you make empty image of around 2400x400. Make few layers to put couple pics on it. Mask them out if needed or if possible use their backgrounds. Then slight editing to bring nice balance between images. Maybe some text in it, it might use some sort of filters, too. And small touch ups here and there. And finally downscale it to right size. After that you play with slight sharpening maybe, but depends really on the image. But after 10 hours or so, you should have pretty nice sig to be use on forum.

Of course that's just simple and fast explanation of the process. The real process is much more detailing.
