Downright, plain and simple, good customer service.
I ordered some stuff from pipesandcigars.com about two weeks ago, including a 50g tin of Frog Morton.
Unfortunately, I actually received Frog Morton On The Town. I wasn't upset in the slightest, but did take the time to email them saying that there had in fact been a mixup, but that I only asked they took a closer look next time around in case the same issue happens to me or another customer and possibly cause a situation that can't be fixed with "I ain't even mad."
Guy calls me up and says he wants to send the right tin to me with a return label so an exchange would cost me nothing, but I said the reason I wasn't interested in an exchange was that I already opened it. No matter, he sent me a 100g tin of the right stuff anyway, "just to make things right."
Not much in my life right now is very reassuring or simple, but this, goddamnit I wish more companies were like this.
