Remember the Curiosity Rover that you guys so proudly landed on Mars recently, well , three of its 15 most critical instruments comes from the most high tech labs of the French Space Agency ,
Curiosity's "Eye" , the ChemCan was entirely developped in Toulouse, France , same goes for SAM, which allows the MSL to analyse samples of soil scooped up on the ground. And Curiosity's nuclear engine, was partly developed with french scientists from the company that builds pretty much all of france's nuclear reactors : Areva
