Yes ,the world is unfair... and according to my calculation if she only sticks to mexico , Alizée will risk losing 80% of her income and some of her french fanbase deciding to leave france would probably be the final blow to her career.

That already happened, at least once. Psychedelices promo was specially focused on Mexico and the album achieved a 'Golden Record' (+40'000 copies) and a Luna award. Despite a good start, the album didn't get good numbers in France. Now we can see how difficult it is for non fans to recognize Alizée's music.
