I wonder if they're competing or just watching?
If they're competing, maybe they are already starting to move past DALS.
From reading through this site it looks their participants are dancers who go to contests at regional levels and build up points and this is the culmination of that process. So this is probably just an event they are going to watch and maybe rub elbows with people in the dance "business".
