I agree that it is fun because they invented (?) this word, but when I read people talking about that, they usually have a mocking tone. I think it may be a combination of the made up word and the overall poor translation that doesn't make much sense. If you take synonyms of the two words (we'll have to stretch out some vocabulary for "foamely") it might help to clarify why those words are so irksome.

I'm foamely ecstatic
I'm lather-y euphoric
I'm soap-ely excited
I'm froth-ely elated

It just sounds weird? It's a combination of two very unlike things.
