The title means bath tub and the "atmosphere" is happy and playful, whereas Alizée's bain de mousse is a place where you forget all your problems.
It probably won't have the same effect on you, but this is one of those song that were very popular when I was a child and it is weird to find a connection to Alizée. It was released in 2000.

I'm intrigued, though would you mind sharing the song name and artist/band? The video is unavailable in the United States, and when I click on the embedded video it just takes me to the YouTube homepage, so I can't even tell what video I'm not allowed to watch.
