The video was shot at the Triage-Lavoir building in Belgium It was a stormy day and most of the windows on this abandoned building had been broken over the years. So when she was in certain parts of the building, you can see the winds from the storm blowing her hair. It was not special effects and I think it adds a lot to the video.

Interesting. I had assumed the blowing of hair and such was special effects but that's cool to know it was actually the natural conditions.
