Got it. It's kind of a personal revelation about Sarkozy that he could go for such a strong-minded babe. I think I like him a little better for that.
Still not so sure about his politics, of course. Not that it matters, I can't vote in French elections anyway.

Eh, OK. But in all seriousness, human sexual feelings are pretty much biologically hardwired and all that culture manages to do is marginally shift them, and sometimes to conceal. Women have always found ways to let men they wanted know they wanted them. I really don't think this is anything new, except maybe that it's more out in the open now than it once was.
