Anyone who was a member of a hub could share what ever they wanted, videos, pictures, etc.
As far as starting another hub, someone I guess would have to act as a server who would keep their computer running 24/7. Even though we have new fans come along all the time, I don't know if there's enough demand for files that would make that feasable.
I think CleverCowboy would know better what it would take.
