Subtitle workshop is a great free program that lets you add subtitles to a video. It will export the subtitle files in a lot of different formats, so it is easy to merge them with video later on.
I am posting this mainly for aFrenchie, garconcandien, and anyone else who will be translating stuff. The program is really easy to use, and I think it will help you guys out when doing translations. It will also make it really easy for me to merge the subtitles to the video (or anyone who wants to watch the subs over the video).
You guys don't have to use this, but I do think it will make it easier for you once you see how it works, and it will streamline the process for subtitles when Lili comes back
check it out if you are interested, I will post a 'how-to' here in a little bit to show people how to use it.

Edit: save the subtitles in SubRip (.srt) format.
