Fish, if you like Quebec folk rock in general, Toronto (though not French, it has a surprising amount of Francophones residing) has its own all-French radio station that plays about 95% Quebec music, 5% French. They have really good music all the time until about 11pm when a different organization uses the frequency. The best part, however, is that CHOQ FM streams from there website!
