I've never tried Corsican, and there don't seem to be any good apps for it on the Play Store. But recently I saw a section there on the "Best of the Best" apps of 2013, and one of them is Duolingo. I started using it, you can choose between learning Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian and English. Obviously I started French and I'm sticking with only that one for now, though I'm interested in Portuguese too
It's free, has no ads, and it has awesome reviews, one of them from the Wall Street Journal, and has an average of 4.7 out of 5 stars. In the Basics levels so far, it gives you several exercises like Translate This Sentence, "Nous sommes calmes" and it will give you a word bank "they, calm, We, are" as buttons. Click the correct words in order and then Check to see if you're right. Sometimes it will just be audio and you have to type what you heard. There are other ones where
you speak the sentence given into your phone's mic and it checks for pronunciation. Get anything wrong and you "lose a life," at the end of each lesson you get bonus points for completing it with all of them so that's fun. I recommend it, I like it a lot so far.
