Oh yes it is. Sailor Moon at least fits the theme. This does not. It is simply random (in several ways), which is another sign that she is out of control.
The others were bad ideas. This one is also stupid. What is she trying to tell people - that she is pissed and ready to go out and start shooting? It doesn't make sense!
