I think 3 hours a day, every day for 10 years is overestimated by quite a bit. When Psych came out, she seemed unprepared to sing live. I think she prepared better for the UEdS release party. It will be interesting to see what she'll do next. I think everyone is waiting, and hoping.
And thank you for your comments on the birthday song. But I'd also like to point out that a number of members here contributed their voices to the chorus. I think they showed a lot of courage and dedication. Their participation really made it special.

Lefty, you are right. I stand corrected. I didn't know Alizee said that herself. I just based my numbers on the fact that she quit school in order to concentrate on her career. I thought she would dedicate more hours than that. But, then again, I just now realized that it may be not that easy to sing for hours everyday.
I'm sorry if I forgot to thank the following: Acadieman, Ben, FireCanine, Jep, Ruroshen, Toc De Mac, & Tomtentp
You're all great!!! I wish I discovered that song on or before Alizee's birthday. I've listened to it for several times now. It still gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it. There is hope as long as we have dedicated fans like you!
