Practice, practice and practice. It's the only way preferably with a native speaker.
I've been trying to learn Polish for about 3 years and the best way i've found is via some internet sources and frequent Skype conversations with one of my Polish friends.
I'm still not very good but i've improved a lot.
It's difficult, especially when a different language is so different from your own but you can at least make some progress if you want it badly enough.
