The bad expierence in the FNAC is probaly not normal for that woman. She works retail and the people she has to put up with can at times make you testy. I deal with the public all the time and I purposely go out of my way to be extremely nice and easy going when ever I interact with sales associates and restaurant workers.

Well my memory from the first time I met her kind of started off the same way. I remember I didn't get good vibes from her at first, but then she warmed up to me after hearing why I was there and she was pulling for us in the end. But I had gone out of my way to go there and didn't have much time to waste trying to win her over again. I tried to do something nice for her but I wasn't going to jump through hoops to do it.
