I believe this was Alizée's first performance outside of France and also her first outdoor performance. The occassion was a festival celebrating Queen's day in the Netherlands.
If we're going to discuss it, then we might as well view it.

Well I just double checked and it is posted on page 4 titled "Moi... Lolita - April 30, 2001
". I thought it had to be. I'd definitely classify this as one of her top ten performances. I loved the look in her eyes, the way she danced with such poise, so much confidence for a girl who was only 16.

This was the second video I first saw of Alizée. The first one was L'a Isla Bonita. I saw that one when I first discovered her and thought, well this is a beutiful young lady singing one of Madonna's song, but does she have any songs of her own. Did a search. Found Moi Lolita Amsterdam, clicked on that and it was like Oh my god! What have I stumbled across here. I don't know how many times I played that video that night about 3 years ago. I think the neighbors are still pissed at me.
