Blue isn't french, because they say "bleu". I thought it was a verb but I haven't find it on my dictionary...
If you write "bébé blue" on google, you'll find it is a kind of nail polish... Could it be right??? I really don't know!!!
My guess is that this is some sort of bilingual pun, since "baby blue" is an expression in English (let's see, it refers to the color of blue that is often used for blankets for baby boys, I think, and is often used to refer to blue eyes, e.g. "I just love gazing into those baby blues of yours"), but also one can use "blue" to mean "sad" or "depressed", so importing that adjective into French with that meaning would cause "mon bébé blue" to mean "my sad baby".
