It looks like a member of the Pure Charts forum is taking a poll on their forum and FB page ( I didn't see it on their regular page) to see is who is liked more; Alizee or Lorie. I think to vote for Alizee, you choose the surprised emoji and to vote for Lorie, you choose the heart emoji. I'm not sure, but I left a question for a couple of people.
