Her marketability depends on the number of her fans. As they slip away, it becomes harder for her to attract paying jobs. Right now it's questionable as to what she has going for her. The dance classes attract 20 or 30 people and Gregorie can do that without her, although her presents (or the possibility of her presence) must help. I'm sure they can survive on that, but who wants to just survive? Adding to the difficulty of finding work, summers seem to be a dead zone for her. I wonder if the pressure for her to sing again is building. And then, there is the possibility of another baby. That would be a disaster for her fans. She has to know that.
The photo of her as an infant with her mother is great. I'm inclined now to think that was the woman I saw her with in Central Park in New York so many years ago. I didn't think it was her mother at the time because the woman was a little bit heavier, but now I think that probably was her. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of that event.
