I got a little bit, so to speak, "depressed" on Friday - that is, not really sad but I had this kind of inability to focus that I had been having continually during past months and only recently has it ceased. Well, I can't neatly describe it but it was just some unpleasant state, ok? Anyway, this weekend I got afraid it might come back.
And I've stopped taking anti-allergy meds today cause I'm about to be tested to find out what I'm allergic to. Oh god. I'd rather go off my antidepressant than this, tbh...
And I also attempted some writing. And couldn't come up with anything satisfactory. Just... it seems I cannot write anymore
