In the third question, I gather that it is using the same play on words. I'm not 100% sure what exactly the play is, but I'm thinking it's quite vulgar by American standards. Suffice to say "cat" has the same meaning in French as a variant of it does in English. She takes it with a smile and a laugh, though, so I'm not sure it's as strong as all that.
